NUT HOLDER, NUT MEMBER, FASTENER, MOUNTING TOOL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut holder capable of being efficiently mounted on a rail member, a nut member, a fastener, a mounting tool and a manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: A rail block 10 includes a rail member 20 provided with a rail groove 21, and a nut unit 50 mounted on a prescribed position of the rail groove 21. The nut unit 50 has a nut member 60 having a bolt hole 61, and a nut holder 70 for holding the nut member 60 in a state of pressing the same to a lip portion 22 of the rail groove 21 from a grove bottom portion 25 side. An insertion portion for inserting the nut holder 70 is formed on a side face portion of the nut member 60. A part projecting from the insertion portion, of the nut holder 70 is folded and bent to the groove bottom portion 25 side. The nut member 60 is pressed to the lip portion 22 by bringing a tip part of the nut holder 70 in a state of being closely kept into contact with the grove bottom portion 25.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
