PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly decide insurance condition based on an experience of a user.;SOLUTION: An insurance condition decision device includes an acquiring part which acquires first information about a travel route in a case a user is a driver and second information about a history in which the user was a passenger, other than a driver, of a vehicle and a travel route in the case of the passenger, and an insurance condition decision part which decides an insurance condition according to the travel route obtained from the first information acquired by the acquiring part and changes the insurance condition to a side being advantageous to the user when travelling an area corresponding to the travel route that is acquired from the second information by referencing the second information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
