PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-miniaturizable bloodstream sensor device and a bloodstream measuring system.SOLUTION: A bloodstream sensor device 100 includes: a substrate 250; a plurality of bloodstream sensors 200 arrayed two-dimensionally on the substrate, which are the plurality of bloodstream sensors each having a light receiving element 210 and a light emitting element 220; and a controller 400 for controlling the plurality of bloodstream sensors; in which the controller 400 changes a control method of the plurality of bloodstream sensors 200 corresponding to the kind of blood vessel which is an object for bloodstream measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
