PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a connection direction of unit pipes to be adjusted on a unit pipe connection mechanism on a suspending foothold and the suspending foothold equipped with the mechanism.;SOLUTION: A unit pipe connection mechanism connects unit pipes with each other on a suspending foothold. The unit pipe connection mechanism comprises: at least one single clamp, which can hold the unit pipe; a first connection unit pipe, which has the single clamp fixed on its outer circumference and extends adjacent to the unit pipe held by the single clamp; a second connection unit pipe, which is connected with the first connection unit pipe on the same side as the side on which the single clamp is fixed, and has a tip that can hold a different unit pipe from the unit pipe held by the first connection unit pipe; and a connection bolt, which rotatably connects the second connection unit pipe with the first connection unit pipe.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
