PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide displays that are useful in designing or selecting spectacle lenses.;SOLUTION: A line of sight detection device 1 comprises: a measurement unit that measures a motion of eye balls of a subject wearing a spectacle 2; a point of attention detection unit that detects a point of attention in a forward field of view of the subject on the basis of a measurement result by the measurement unit; a transmission point detection unit that detects a transmission point where a line of sight of the subject relative to the point of attention transmits in a lens of the spectacle on the basis of the measurement result by the measurement unit; and a display control unit that causes a display unit to display point-of-attention information indicative of a position of the point of attention with the point-of-attention information superimposed on an image of the forward field of view, and causes the display unit to display transmission point information indicative of a position of the transmission point with the transmission point information superimposed on a lens image indicative of the lens of the spectacle.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
