The motor controlling means 12 feeds driving information for driving an electrically-driven fader 2 to a driving part 13 with a basic driving force, and the electrically-driven fader 2 driven with the basic driving force moves at high speed to perform a servo control for reaching the target position. If the moved distance representing the difference between the current position and the target position is not large, a low-noise movement mode is set in the motor controlling means 12. The motor controlling means 12 feeds driving information of a low-noise driving force to the driving part 13, and the electrically-driven fader 2 driven with the low-noise driving force moves quietly to perform the servo control for reaching the target position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
