PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather information management system, weather information management program and road management method that enable weather situations to be quickly and simply grasped, and enable road situations to be grasped and predicted based on the grasped weather situation.;SOLUTION: A weather information management system 1 includes: data acquisition means 12A that serves by reception of a command of a weather information management program 11A stored in a memory 11; and data processing means 12B.
