PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather information notification system in which a portable terminal can be notified that weather prediction was not correct when the weather determined from weather forecast does not match the actual weather.;SOLUTION: A management server 3 acquires weather information of an area where base stations 1a and 1b are installed from at least one of the base stations 1a and 1b through a network 100 and notifies it to a portable terminal 2 through wireless communication.
