PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field sensor like a current sensor that does not cause undesired abnormality in an output signal when it is exposed to a rapid change in a magnetic field (or current).;SOLUTION: A magnetic field sensor 400 includes an integrated circuit die 300 placed on a base plane 418. An output circuit 310 of the integrated circuit die generates an output signal at a circuit output node 316 in response to a magnetic field signal. The magnetic field sensor includes a circuit loop including an output signal circuit trace 322 of the integrated circuit die. The magnetic field sensor further includes a compensation loop 324 coupled with the circuit loop in series arrangement and having a rotation direction opposite to the circuit loop. As a result, reduced is the overshoot or undershoot of an output signal at a signal output node 412 after compensation brought by the circuit loop having gone through the rapid change of magnetic flux in the magnetic field.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
