PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health examination inspection management device and health examination inspection management system capable of efficiently managing inspection items of each medical examinee even in the case that a plurality of examination devices are installed in an open space.SOLUTION: A health examination inspection management device relating to an embodiment includes a reception circuit, a processing circuit, and an output circuit. The reception circuit receives an examination end signal notifying an operator of the end of a prescribed examination of a prescribed medical examinee from a terminal connected through a network. The processing circuit respectively calculates examination capacity values of a plurality of unreceived examination items corresponding to the medical examinee on the basis of prescribed examination parameters by a trigger that the reception circuit receives the examination end signal, and specifies an examination item having the largest examination capacity value among the plurality of unreceived examination items as a recommended examination item to the medical examinee.
