PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce examination waiting time of a medical examinee and at the same time to restrain movement amount of the medical examinee.SOLUTION: A health examination inspection management apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention is accessible to storage means, and includes calculation means, selection means, specification means, and output means. The calculation means calculates an average waiting time from a total waiting time comprising a waiting time for each yet-to-be-received examination item corresponding to a medical examinee in each block identification information piece. The selection means extracts block identification information with an allowable waiting time or less based on the average waiting time for each of the block identification information pieces, and selects block identification information with the maximum inspection ability value among the inspection ability values corresponding to the yet-to-be-received inspection item corresponding to the extracted block identification information. The specification means extracts a yet-to-be-received examination item with the allowable waiting time or less corresponding to the selected block identification information, and specifies, as a recommended inspection item, an inspection item with the maximum inspection ability value among the inspection ability values of the extracted yet-to-be-received inspection item.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
