PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a nest for mold capable of enhancing positioning accuracy of the nest while suppressing size increase of the mold or increase of the number of members and a mold for lens molding having the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a fastening structure of a nest for mold having a spacer member accommodated in the nest in a nest housing part, wherein the spacer member is arranged at a position contacting with a part of an outer peripheral of the nest, the contact part of the next with the spacer member is an inclined plane projecting to a side of the spacer member toward a bottom side from an opening side of the nest housing part and the contact part of the spacer member with the next is an inclined plane inclining along the contact part of a side of the nest and a mold for lens molding having the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
