PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure trauma therapy device that can be used for the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the high concentration carbonic acid therapy together.SOLUTION: A high pressure trauma therapy device 1 is selected which has: oxygen gas supply piping L1 with one end side connected to a hyperbaric oxygen gas source 2, and supplying oxygen gas from the hyperbaric oxygen gas source 2; carbon dioxide gas supply piping L2 with one end side connected to a high voltage carbonic acid gas source 3, and supplying carbon dioxide gas from the high voltage carbonic acid gas source 3; therapy gas supply piping L3 having one end side connected with the other end side of the oxygen gas supply piping L1 and the other end side of the carbon dioxide gas supply piping L2, respectively, and having the other end side connected to a therapy gas supply 4 and supplying the gas supplied from the oxygen gas supply piping L1 or the carbon dioxide gas supply piping L2 to the therapy gas supply 4; and switching means for selecting the gas supplied to the therapy gas supply 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
