PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion apparatus capable of performing easily a maintenance work such as exchange, inspection or the like of a foreign substance removal tool.;SOLUTION: A bladder 3 for tire vulcanization is expanded in a bore of an unvulcanized tire UT, to thereby press the unvulcanized tire UT onto a vulcanization mold 2, and to carry out vulcanization molding.
