PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of easily charging a vibration control device with a high-viscosity fluid without using a large-scaled facility.;SOLUTION: A charging device 1 comprises: a pumping device 2 for sending a working fluid into a first chamber 53; a hydraulic hose 4 for communicating the pumping device 2 to a supply port 52d via a changeover valve 5; a first connection block 6 of which the distal end is connected to the first supply port 52d in an airtight manner; a deaerating device 3 for sucking air in a second chamber 54; an air hose 7 for communicating the deaerating device to a second supply port 52e via a changeover valve 8; and a second connection block 9 of which the distal end is connected to the second supply port 52e in an airtight manner. The connection block 6 includes a bolt hole 6a corresponding to a bolt hole 52f of the supply port 52d and can be connected to the supply port 52d by a bolt 10 in an airtight manner.
