PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen pickled plum which is added with new commercial value by processing the pickled plum and can evoke the requirement of the pickled plums.;SOLUTION: The invented manufacturing a method of frozen pickled plums includes: an instantaneous freezing process (1) for instantaneously freezing pickled plums; a removing seed process (2) for removing a seed by making an opening on the instantaneously frozen pickled plum and making a space for filling; and a filling process (3) for filling food into the space for filling. Furthermore, the space for filling is preferably not penetrated through the instantaneously frozen pickled plum.
