PURPOSE: A method for making plum liqueur is provided to improve effectively extract perfume ingredient and to prevent marketability degradation. CONSTITUTION: A method for making liqueur using plums comprises: a step of quickly freezing plums(S10); a step of dipping frozen plums in leached liquid containing spirit(S20); a step of separating leached liquid containing the perfume and flavor of plum(S30); a step of adding plum sugar leached liquid(S40); a step of cooling the mixture liquid at -5 to 0 Deg. C.(S51); and a step of filtering the liquid(S52).
