PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film water-proof material having low VOC, good coating curability under low temperature and high humidity, high stain resistance and low water absorptive property or a coated roof on which the coated film is formed.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating film water-proof material containing 100 pts.wt. of (A) a polyoxyalkylene polymer (a1) having a reactive silicon group represented by the following general formula (1):-SiRX(1), where Ris each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group having 7 to 20 carbon atoms or a triorganosiloxy group represented by (R')SiO-, where R' is each independently a substituted or non-substituted hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or X is each independently a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group and further a is any of 1, 2 and 3 and/or (a2) a vinyl polymer and 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. of (B) at least one compound including a compound (b3) obtained by partial condensation of silyl groups of an aminosilane alone or of a combination of an aminosilane and another alkoxysilane compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
