PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular optical measurement system, etc. which facilitate the securing of a space in which light exiting means or light receiving means is disposed, compared with a configuration in which light exiting means and light receiving means are disposed in a depth side rather than on the crown of a cornea.SOLUTION: An ocular optical measurement system 1 comprises: a reflector 33 for reflecting light incident from the front of an eyeball 10 so that the light traverses the anterior chamber 13 of the eye and/or a reflector 34 for reflecting light which has traversed the anterior chamber 13 to the front of the eyeball 10; a reflector-equipped contact member 30 which is mounted on a surface of the eyeball 10; and an optical measurement device 20 which includes a light emitting system 21 for emitting light toward the anterior chamber 13 and a light receiving system 22 for receiving light which has traversed the anterior chamber 13, the optical measurement device being disposed in the front of the eyeball 10 in a state of being separated from the reflector-equipped contact member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
