PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device and the like that can allow a learner to enhance a motivation for learning.SOLUTION: A control unit 380 of a communication terminal 300 controls operation of a student role acting robot in response to a user from a standpoint of a student in which the student role acting robot learns together with the user. The control unit 380 of the communication terminal 300 comprises an operation mode selection unit 382, a student role acting robot operation control unit 383, and a teacher role acting robot operation control unit 388. The student role acting robot operation control unit 383 controls operation of the student role acting robot based on more than or equal to one operation mode selected by the operation mode selection unit 382. The teacher role acting robot operation control unit 388 causes the teacher role acting robot to execute operation in cooperation with the operation of the student role acting robot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
