PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radion amount estimating device capable of precisely estimating the amount of solar radiation.;SOLUTION: A solar radiation amount estimating device 30 comprises: reception means for receiving data from a weather observation device 10; acquisition means for acquiring a luminance temperature and a reflection rate from the data received by the reception means; cloud determination means 33 for determining a type of cloud from the acquired luminance temperature and reflection rate; and estimation means 34 for estimating the amount of solar radiation on the basis of the type of cloud determined by the cloud determination means.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
