PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radiation amount calculation device, a solar radiation amount calculation method, and a solar radiation amount calculation program capable of calculating solar radiation amount in relation with the power generation.SOLUTION: The solar radiation amount calculation device includes: correction amount acquisition means that acquires the correction amount corresponding to the present time and a power generation amount obtained by a photovoltaic generation device on the basis of a corresponding relationship between a power generation amount corresponding to a preset time and correction amount relevant to a changes of weather or atmosphere; and solar radiation amount calculation means that calculates the solar radiation amount entering into a chamber according to direct solar radiation amount and sky solar radiation amount which are corrected based on the correction amount acquired by the correction amount acquisition means.
