PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device that can safely switch between an automatic drive and a manual drive.SOLUTION: A drive control device is configured to:, when determining that an instruction of a switch of an automatic drive and a manual drive with respect to a moving body is input (S11: YES), acquire environment data (S12); analyze the environment data (S13); determine whether a state about the moving body is in a state where the automatic drive and the manual drive can be safely switched; and when it is determined that the state thereabout is in the state where the automatic drive and the manual drive can be safely switched (S14: YES), switch the automatic drive and the manual drive (S16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
