PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical practice support system, a server device, and a program with which copying operation can be efficiently performed while reducing risks such as data outflow or loss.SOLUTION: A server device (an in-hospital server 10) of a medical practice support system 1 comprises: a storage part 15 which stores patient information and image data of patients; an information acquisition part (a control part 11) which acquires house call scheduled information including patient identification information for identifying a house calling patient, a house call scheduled day for the patient, and scheduled information on examinations at the time of the house call; and an output control part (the control part 11) which extracts patient information of a patient identified according to the patient identification information, on the basis of the house call scheduled information, from the storage part 15, selectively extracts image data necessary at the time of the house call regarding the patient, from the storage part 15, and outputs the extracted patient information and image data to a terminal 30 for house calls. Further, the terminal 30 for house calls comprises a reception and storage part (a storage part 35) which receives and stores the patient information and image data transmitted from the server device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
