PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic methods of chemical stress disease, metabolic disease, vascular disease, and angiopathy associated disease and eye diseases, in which cases diseases advance without subjective symptoms, and particularly in the case of eyeball disease or age related macular degeneration disease, the disease is often noticed by distorted visual field or development of black dot in the center of visual field which suddenly appears one day, additionally, for therapies for keeping a present status secure, drugs systemically administered currently cannot penetrate into eyeball tissue, and therapies either by direct administration of drugs into vitreous body and by irradiation of retinal neovascularization with optical laser is highly technical and difficult treatment, therefore the development of a safety and easy therapy by administrations comprising oral administration without difficulty has been desired, and the development of a preventive, improving and therapeutic methods which can be hoped for complete cure of distorted visual field in difficult situations due to distorted visual field remained in currently most cases has been desired.;SOLUTION: By repeated studies to solve the above subject, administrations comprising oral administration using as a therapeutic drug a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient an ingredient contained in sprouting organisms of plant seeds or bean sprouts or extract or fraction thereof has been invented as useful prevention and improving treatment of chemical stress disease, metabolic disease, vascular disease and angiopathy associated disease, and fundus disease disease.Particularly, in fundus disease, particularly age related macular degeneration, complete cure without distorted visual field is achieved, and thereby the invention has been completed.The method is also effective as a functional food to such disorders.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
