PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in fine particle degree, a pressure loss in the housing, and a power increase even when a rotary classifier is not provided with a funnel.SOLUTION: A classifier comprises a housing configured to take an air stream from below into an outer peripheral side area of the inner space, a drift part provided on the inner wall face of the housing and configured to turn the air stream toward the center shaft of the housing, and an annular rotary part rotatably provided in an inner peripheral side area located on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side area of the inner space of the housing and configured to classify particles accompanying the air stream. The annular rotary part has a plurality of rotary vanes arranged with gaps around the rotary shaft of the annular rotary part, where the outer shape of the annular rotary part formed by the plurality of rotary vanes comprises an angle θ of 75° or less made by the outer shape of the annular rotary part with respect to a segment extended radially outward in a horizontal direction from the annular rotary part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
