PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound or the like for separating proanthocyanidin containing particulate article of gelatin.;SOLUTION: One or more particulate article selected from a particulate article of gelatin manufactured by a heat treatment, a crosslinking treatment by a crosslinking agent and/or a modification treatment by a reaction with acid anhydride, a particulate article where a supporter is coated by gelatin manufactured by a heat treatment, a crosslinking treatment by a crosslinking agent and/or a reaction with acid anhydride, a particulate article where gelatin binds to a supporter having a substituent capable of being reacted with an amino group or a carboxyl group is used.
