PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a test kit for checking a blood sample for antibody titers or antibodies against periodontal pathogens, which allows for accurately testing patients with a wide range of immunotypes for periodontal diseases and also enables rapid processing using an automated instrument; a periodontal pathogen antigen protein that can be suitably used for the kit; a method of checking the presence of antibody titers or antibodies in a blood sample using the kit; and a kit for typing Porphyromonas gingivalis strains.SOLUTION: The present invention provides; a test kit including a series of polypeptides with specific sequences; modified polypeptides with specific amino acid sequences; and a method of measuring the presence of antibody titers or antibodies against periodontal pathogens in a blood sample, including a step of bringing the blood sample taken from a human body in contact with the series of polypeptides.SELECTED DRAWING: None
