PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a payable amount before a specific payday even when the grasping of a labor result is incomplete in the management device and method for managing the payout of the salary to a laborer.SOLUTION: A management device 200 manages a payment of a salary to a laborer in an ATM, and includes: a reception part 201 for receiving a request of the payment of the prescribed amount inputted by the ATM by the laborer; and a determination part 202 for determining whether or not the prescribed amount is equal to or less than a payable amount of the laborer. The management device 200 includes: a calculation part 203 for calculating the payable amount based on labor data acquired from an enterprise to which the laborer provides a labor; and a storage part 204 for storing the calculated payable amount. The calculation part 203 updates the payable amount stored in the storage part 204 by adding a prescribed additional amount when the laborer attends at office.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
