PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide for managing positional accuracy which can be used for a microscope system.SOLUTION: A slide for managing positional accuracy of a microscope stage has: a plurality of position indication regions including first marks for specifying a position of a slide original point, second marks arranged in a matrix, each indicating the position and position coordinate codes showing coordinates with the slide original point of the position as a reference; and a plurality of third marks arranged in a matrix at a smaller interval than an interval of the position indication regions in a region other than the plurality of position indication regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
