PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of blocking communication traffic having security problem reliably, by managing security of a network under control.;SOLUTION: A switching hub function is given to a UTM device 3, and a LAN2 is constituted of one or more switching hubs 1-1, 1-2 having a virtual private network function. Each switching hub 1-1, 1-2 is set so that a virtual private network is formed between communication terminals 5-1, 5-2 and the UTM device 3, for each communication terminal 5-1, 5-2 connected with the LAN2. With such an arrangement, the UTM device 3 is interposed between the communication terminals 5-1, 5-2 and an opposite terminal, and manages security of the communication terminals 5-1, 5-2 communicating communication traffic with the opposite terminal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
