PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental health respiration training system and a plane light emission display body which monitor biological signals such as a subject's respiration, pulse, and brain wave, and reflect their state and change in a light emission state of a light emitting plane light emission display device, and by which the subject can be relaxed by respiring according to the light, and perform training effectively in meditation, supine meditation, and seated meditation.;SOLUTION: In a mental health respiration training system, a plane light emission display body such as an organic EL sheet for emitting organic light excellent in designability and a hanging scroll type plane light emission display body having moderate brightness and size are provided so that a subject and an instructor can visually recognize the state of the subject effectively, and the light-dark variation of the organic light from warm white light to yellow based on a biological signal of the subject is made by the plane light emission display body in real time.
