PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer trend analysis system capable of associating a customer who visits a shop and a vehicle which the customer parked for visiting the shop, with each other, for analyzing trend of the customer.SOLUTION: An entrance beacon is installed in the vicinity of an entrance of a parking lot, and transmits an entrance beacon signal comprising an entrance beacon ID and an entrance signal transmission time for every predetermined time. A portable terminal comprises: a beacon signal reception part for receiving the entrance beacon signal from the entrance beacon; and a data transmission part for transmitting the entrance beacon ID and the entrance signal transmission time with a terminal ID to a server device. An entrance vehicle number reading camera is installed in the vicinity of the entrance of the parking lot, and transmits an entrance camera ID and entrance time with a vehicle number to the server device. The server device comprises a data analysis part for, when the received entrance beacon ID and entrance camera ID satisfy a predetermined condition, and the corresponding entrance signal transmission time and entrance time satisfy a predetermined condition, associating a corresponding terminal ID and the vehicle number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
