PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information suitable to analyze a trend in customers visiting a facility with a wide lot.;SOLUTION: A system for collecting customer trend analysis information has a classification code master 14 for storing a classification code used in classifying a customer with a characteristic with it associated with customer characteristic information, a receiving antenna master 16 for storing a receiving antenna number with it associated with its installation place, and a transmitter master 18 for storing a transmitter number with it associated with a classification number. A classification code is previously allocated to a transmitter 2, a customer characteristic is found out when the customer visits the facility, and the customer is respectively made to carry one transmitter 2 corresponding to his/her classification. A receiving antenna 4 is arranged here and there within the facility so that only one receiving antenna 4 can receive a transmitter number transmitted by the transmitter 2. A location information collection processing part 8 periodically collects the transmitter number of each transmitter 2 received by each receiving antenna 4, and with a receiving time and a received transmitter number associated with the receiving antenna number, they are recorded in a customer distribution information database 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
