PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge face treatment device for a hollow synthetic resin sheet capable of sufficiently realizing the strength of the edge faces even if being an extra-thick hollow synthetic resin sheet, an edge face treatment method, and a hollow synthetic resin sheet subjected to edge face treatment by the method.SOLUTION: Provided is an edge face treatment device for a hollow synthetic resin sheet comprising: a device body; a heat treatment part capable of vertical motion; a mounting stand arranged movable to the heat treatment part; and a holding part holding a hollow synthetic resin sheet mounted on the mounting stand and also movable, in which the heat treatment part includes: a heating member; a heating molding die for the edge part treatment of the hollow synthetic resin sheet; a heat insulation part; and a cooling molding die, in which the heating member and the heating molding die are abutted, and the cooling molding die is arranged at the upper part of the heating molding die via the heat insulation part, the heating molding die has a plurality of molding die parts at the side faces, one molding die part being a projecting die part, the other one molding die part has a recessed die part, and the cooling molding die has a cool recessed part in which a curved face and/or a planar face is continuous to the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
