PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the edge face treatment of a hollow structure panel in a short time as aimed.;SOLUTION: A hollow structure panel 2 performing edge face treatment comprises: a core material 4 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin; a first layer 6 laminated on one side of the core material 4; and a second layer 8 laminated on the other side of the core material 4, and the edge face of the core material 4 is exposed. In the edge face treatment, the first outer circumferential part 12 as the outer circumferential part of the first layer 6 is removed from the first layer 6, and also, the part expressed by the removal of the first outer circumferential part 12 in the core material 4 is heated. The part heated therein and the second outer circumferential part 18 as the outer circumferential part of the second layer 8 are bent together so as to be welded to the core material 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
