PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method of determining the state in which age an intestinal flora is.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an age determination method of an intestinal flora comprising a determination step of comparing the proportion of at least one bacterial group among 93 groups or bacterial groups belonging to a bacterial group to the number of all bacteria contained in a stool specimen with a predetermined reference value for each bacterial group, and determining or estimating whether the intestinal flora is one or more types of a preweaning type, a 10's type, a 70's type, a 80's type, a 90's type and a 100's type.SELECTED DRAWING: None
