PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide screening systems for identifying the molecule involving in the intraoral feeling of oils and fats and searching for the substance which enhances the intraoral feeling of oils and fats.SOLUTION: The invention provides a screening method of a substance which enhances the intraoral feeling of oils and fats, the method comprising adding a candidate substance of the substance which enhances the intraoral feeling of oils and fats to a cell which expresses GPR120 protein, preferably a cell which expresses GPR120 protein and Gα q protein; measuring the activity of the GPR120 protein; and selecting a compound which activates GPR120 protein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
