PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross member reinforcement member enabling an adjustment of a riding comfort during a travel according to preference.;SOLUTION: Below a vehicle body 10 at the center part in the forward-backward direction, a cross member 20 is secured to a frame 11 at the center of the vehicular width direction between a pair of flanges 16a and 16b formed at both end parts in the vehicular width directions of the frame 11 by bridging an exhaust pipe 13 so as not to touch a muffler 12 and the exhaust pipe 13 extending therefrom. In the cross member 20, open holes 23a, 23b and 24a, 24b are formed which become bilateral symmetries as the whole shape if the forward-backward direction is defined as an axis when installed to the vehicle body 10, and thereby the cross member includes an area of which width becomes relatively narrow therebetween.
