PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action plan planning and execution support device that visualize movement/arrival times to and at each destination so as to facilitate understanding upon moving to destinations, and make adjustments of a movement time.SOLUTION: A portable instrument 2 displays action plan information accompanying a movement in an arbitrary time and/or execution support information on an action plan accompanying the movement. The portable instrument 2 comprises: a display part 24; a display control unit 206; and a time space action figure display control unit. The display control unit 206 is configured to simultaneously display velocity information on the movement in an arbitrary time as to all movements to be included in the action plan information on the display part 24, and the time space action figure display control unit is configured to receive an input for modifying velocity information on a movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
