PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant film for an exterior package material of a power storage device, which can prevent the fracture of an exterior package material owing to the rise in internal pressure because it is arranged so that a break (delamination) is caused in the sealant layer for degasification when the internal pressure of a power storage device increases excessively, and which is hard to allow the break to proceed continuously from its initial break point with the break for fracture prevention caused, and which enables the adequate suppression of its whitening in molding.SOLUTION: A sealant film for an exterior package material of a power storage device comprises a laminate of 2 or more layers consisting of: a first resin layer 7 including 50 mass% or more of random copolymers including propylene as a copolymerization component, and another copolymerization component except propylene; and a second resin layer 8 formed by a composition including a first elastomer-modified olefin-based resin of which the crystallization temperature is 105°C or higher and the crystallization energy is 50 J/g or more, a second elastomer-modified olefin-based resin of which the crystallization temperature is 85°C or higher and the crystallization energy is 30 J/g or less, and a particular polymer component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
