PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote generation of an L-type amino acid in a subject and suppress generation of a D-type amino acid.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a right-handed circularly polarized light filter 11, having a linear polarizer 111 on a light entrance side, that converts an entering light into a linear polarized light, and having a 1/4 wavelength plate 112 on a light exit side of the linear polarizer 111 so that the inclination of an optical axis Axbi to an absorption axis Axai of the linear polarizer 111 forms an angle of 45°, that applies a phase difference of λ/4 to the polarized light converted by the linear polarizer 111; and a frame 12, holding the right-handed circularly polarized light filter 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
