PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility guide system, a facility guide method and a facility guide program capable of improving convenience of a user in a facility guide.SOLUTION: A facility guide system 1 comprises: a touch pad 13 for receiving an input of evaluation to a facility from a user; an evaluation DB 23c for storing evaluation information for identifying the evaluation input on the touch pad 13 for every facility; an evaluation change identification part 22a for acquiring evaluation to the facility, and identifying change of the acquired evaluation; a guide object facility identification part 22b for identifying a guide object facility which should be a guide object based on the evaluation information and the change of the evaluation, out of the facilities corresponding to the evaluation information stored in the evaluation DB 23c; and guide parts 16a, 22d for performing a guide related to the guide object facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
