PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a building having predetermined strength and durability, when constructing a container type unit building.SOLUTION: In construction of a container type unit building for constructing the building by stacking and installing a container type unit 1 having four or more of columns 2 so as to join the columns 2, after premanufacturing a joint bag 10 of bagging a solidification material having fluidity and hardened in response to the lapse of time, the joint bag 10 in a state of having fluidity in the solidification material is laid on an upper end surface of the column 2 of the lower stage side unit 1 installed in a construction site, and a lower end surface of the column 2 of the upper stage side unit 1 is placed above the joint bag 10, and the solidification material inside of the joint bag 10 is hardened in a state of deforming the joint bag 10 by dead weight of the upper stage unit 1.
