PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring many processes in a pin net construction method for preventing an existing finishing layer from falling from a skeleton surface.;SOLUTION: The present invention uses a building material having a covering range covered by a building material for sticking later to an adjacent position and an uncovered exposure range, and having a net, a joint layer fixed to the net and a surface plate group fixed to a surface of the joint layer. In the net, the net extends over the covering range and the exposure range, and the surface plate group is not arranged in the covering range. A dead space of not arranging a surface plate is formed in at least one place of the exposure range. The building material of sticking first and the net of sticking later overlap in the dead space of the building material of sticking later.
