PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a pin-net construction method that many processes are required, the pin-net construction method being for preventing fall-off of an existing finishing layer from a skeleton surface.SOLUTION: A building material is prepared, having a surface layer adhered on a net of a prescribed size. The surface layer is cut-out at a position where apexes of the adjacent building materials come in contact with each other, and the net extends through the cut-out part. When the building materials are bonded sequentially on a skeleton surface, the nets are overlapped at the cut-out part. The skeleton is pierced at the position where the nets are overlapped, in which an anchor pin is fixed for completing a pin-net construction method that connects a plurality of the nets.
