PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for laminate temperature decision, by which flexibility enough to prevent a solar battery element from being cracked, and fluidity enough to avoid causing the pollution on a vacuum laminator can be both achieved in a laminate process for integration into a solar battery module; and a method for solar battery module production by using the method for laminate temperature decision.;SOLUTION: A method for laminate temperature decision comprises the steps of: determining, from a thermomechanical analysis (TMA) curve showing the relationship between a predetermined temperature range (°C) and the percentage (%) of a depth of a needle pushed into a seal-material sheet to a film thickness of the seal-material sheet, a temperature T50%(°C) when the percentage (%) of the depth of the pushed needle is 50%, and a temperature T90%(°C) when the percentage (%) of the depth of the pushed needle is 90%, respectively; and deciding a temperature (°C) of T50%(°C) to T90%(°C) to be an optimum laminate temperature.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
