PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system objectively performing evaluation of a mentor and determining a reward of the mentor corresponding to the evaluation.;SOLUTION: There is provided with a reward determination system 3 comprising: a mentor management section 40 managing information of a mentor supporting improvement behavior of a user; an evaluation information acquisition section 53 acquiring evaluation information of the mentor; a rank information determination section 55 determining rank information corresponding to the mentor based on the evaluation information; and a reward determination section 57 determining a reward for the mentor based on the rank information. The rank information determination section 55 determines whether or not a change in the rank information exists.
