PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicenter integrated document management system that enables consistent creation and reference of record documents and operation order documents between facilities and organizations, even if staffs of many types of job to be engaged are in a complicated situation between the facilities and organizations, and thereby smooth medical treatment, care and welfare cooperation activities are achieved.SOLUTION: A multicenter integrated document management system includes: document category dendritic arrangement expression means for arranging and expressing the document category according to facilities in a dendritic shape; staff dendritic arrangement expression means for arranging and expressing the staffs every organization in the dendritic shape; and both dendritic arrangement expression correspondence setting means for mutually associating the document category dendritic arrangement expression with both dendritic arrangement expression of the staff dendritic arrangement expression. Furthermore, there is included access authority management means by the dendritic arrangement expression enabling visual and efficient management of the access authority per facility per document category by making access authority attribute be succeeded from the root to the branch direction of both dendritic arrangement expression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
