PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound thin-film solar cell whose quality can be managed easily, a manufacturing method for the compound thin-film solar cell, and an inspection method for the compound thin-film solar cell.SOLUTION: A compound thin-film solar cell includes: an electrode layer; a light absorption layer formed of a p-type compound semiconductor; a buffer layer formed of an n-type compound semiconductor; and an intermediate layer containing an element included in the electrode layer and a part of elements included in the light absorption layer. The electrode layer, the intermediate layer, the light absorption layer, and the buffer layer are arranged in this order. The CPE index p of the second CPE in an equivalent circuit expressing the characteristic of the interface between the light absorption layer and the buffer layer, which is calculated in the case in which the frequency characteristic of the impedance of the compound thin-film solar cell is expressed in a Nyquist diagram, is 0.68 or more and 1.00 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
